We are pleased to introduce ‘Excellence from Lazo & Vergara’, a tasting pack featuring two distinct lots from our partnerships in Huila, Colombia.

Wilder Lazo’s Pink Bourbon is a juicy, complex cup. His masterful black honey, 96-hour anaerobic fermentation encourages a unique sweetness reminiscent of cola.

With a background in genetics, Lazo founded a varietal program, now growing 12 varietals carefully selected from different regions around the world. 

Las Flores, Colombia

We have worked with Jhoan's coffees in the past and his work with rare varietals consistently impresses. This Sidra, said to have originated in Ecuador, is a hybrid between Bourbon and Typica varietals.

This lot is processed naturally, starting with hand picking the ripest cherries and finished by a temperature controlled drying environment. This has resulted in a delicately floral cup with a jammy, blackcurrant sweetness.
