Every month, we select a coffee to feature in our subscription.

La Molienda, Colombia

This months large quantity coffee comes from Benjamin Rivera at his farm in Colombia.

This microlot is 100% Castillo, a variety developed by Federación Nacional de Cafeteros.

This coffee underwent a natural process on the farm, sun-dried on raised beds under controlled conditions until the ideal moisture content was reached.

Benjamin’s dedication has produced a coffee rich in forest fruits with a silky texture.

How it works.

Each month we make one of our seasonal subscription lots available in 1kg or 2kg portions, to be delivered and enjoyed either monthly or bi-monthly.

This subscription is well suited for workplace offices or keen coffee brewers who drink a larger volume of coffee.
