This month's coffee

Every month, we select a coffee to feature in our subscription.

San Francisco, Costa Rica

This months large quantity coffee is from a family farm owned by Edgar Fallas Solis, his wife Ligia, and their son Willian.

We have selected a natural process from San Francisco, promoting cherry sweetness and a dark chocolate finish.

Upon delivery to the washing station, cherries undergo Brix measurements to determine the optimal processing method. Drying is carried out on patios and raised African beds.

The process is complete when the coffee reaches a stable 10.5% moisture content.

How it works.

Each month we make one of our seasonal subscription lots available in 1kg, 2kg or 5kg portions, to be delivered and enjoyed either monthly or bi-monthly.

This subscription is well suited for workplace offices or keen coffee brewers who drink a larger volume of coffee.
