Each month we make one of our seasonal subscription lots available in 1kg, 2kg or 5kg portions, to be delivered and enjoyed either monthly or bi-monthly.
This subscription is well suited for workplace offices or keen coffee brewers who drink a larger volume of coffee.
Beloya, Ethiopia
For November, we’re sharing a naturally processed Ethiopian lot from Beloya, a region in Gedeo defined by its high altitudes, iron-rich soils, and heirloom varietals. Here, generations of farmers continue to cultivate coffee through traditional, organic practices that honour both land and lineage. The result is a cup layered with depth and clarity, revealing blueberry sweetness, gentle florals, and a soft cocoa finish.
