This month's coffee

Every month, we select a coffee to feature in our subscription.

Santa Luz, Nicaragua

This months large quantity coffee comes from Santa Luz, a farm nestled in the mountains of Matagalpa.

Coffee cherries are meticulously hand-picked and then placed in fermentation tanks with specially developed yeast, enhancing the control over the coffee's expression.

On the cupping table we were impressed by this lots pineapple acidity & soft creamy finish.

How it works.

Each month we make one of our seasonal subscription lots available in 1kg or 2kg portions, to be delivered and enjoyed either monthly or bi-monthly.

This subscription is well suited for workplace offices or keen coffee brewers who drink a larger volume of coffee.
