Each month we make one of our seasonal subscription lots available in 1kg, 2kg or 5kg portions, to be delivered and enjoyed either monthly or bi-monthly.
This subscription is well suited for workplace offices or keen coffee brewers who drink a larger volume of coffee.
Shikankoni, Burundi
For February, we are sharing a washed coffee from Shikankoni in Burundi, produced by Ikawa Nziza. This lot is made up of Bourbon varieties, grown and harvested by local farmers on Shikankoni Hill. Their care and attention are clear in the cup, offering a classic and refined washed Burundi profile, with stone fruit notes and a refreshing acidity.
