Serene Querimarca highlands.

La Lucuma, a washed microlot cultivated by the talented Ismeria Leon at her farm in Queromarca, Peru.

Nestled at 2,250 meters above sea level, the farm enjoys abundant sunlight and cool temperatures, making it perfect for cultivating exceptional coffee.

This lot from Ismeria in Peru impressed us for its blackcurrant notes & big juicy acidity.

The Producer

Ismeria, alongside her sister Merly, run operations at the farm, continually seeking to enhance both quality and productivity.

Queromarca was one of the first areas in the district to produce coffee. The wider Cullayuc region boasts tropical jungles, abundant biodiversity, and fertile valleys.

This microlot, crafted by Ismeria Leon in the serene highlands, underwent a unique process. It experienced an extended 48-hour anaerobic fermentation before being washed.
