Each month we make one of our seasonal subscription lots available in 1kg or 2kg portions, to be delivered and enjoyed either monthly or bi-monthly.
This subscription is well suited for workplace offices or keen coffee brewers who drink a larger volume of coffee.
Green Land, Myanmar
For April, we are sharing a natural lot from Green Land farm in Myanmar, produced by U Sai Wan Maing. Established in 1998, the farm is managed with careful attention to plant spacing, irrigation, and soil health. Ripe cherries are selectively harvested, then sorted and dried on raised beds, with each day’s cherries kept separate to maintain clarity and consistency. The cup profile reveals a layered fruit sweetness with gentle floral notes.
