Our limited holiday pack.
Our limited holiday pack, featuring three distinctly floral coffees from three highly respected producers. To us, these coffees are the pinnacle of elegance in coffee, presented in special packaging perfect for gifting.
Featured in the set, Los Cipreses from Max Salzabar in Costa Rica promotes delicate blossoms and white peach, Jardines del Edén from Felipe Arcila in Colombia, a syrupy body and gentle lavender notes, and Wamerera from Belaneh Bariso in Ethiopia reveals wild rose florals and a tea-like character.
These are three of the most limited lots we’ve released this year, and speak clearly to our commitment to expressive coffee. Suited to the winter days of advent before Christmas, or to gift to someone special.
Los Cipreses, Costa Rica (Washed)
Los Cipreses in Costa Rica’s West Valley is run by Max Salazar and his family, carefully managing its varied microclimates. Our washed Geisha is processed on-farm and dried on raised beds, revealing notes of blossom and white peach. Max focuses on natural, sustainable practices and long-term relationships with select clients.
Jardines del Edén, Colombia (Extended Fermentation)
Jardines del Edén in Colombia is run by Felipe Arcila and his brother Carlos, fourth-generation coffee growers and founders of Cofinet. Our Java varietal underwent an extended fermentation, revealing a syrupy body and notes of lavender florals. Felipe and Carlos focus on careful cultivation and processing to showcase the coffee’s unique character.
Wamerera, Ethiopia (Anaerobic Natural)
From the high-altitude hills of Wamerera, Ethiopia, Belaneh Bariso’s coffee offers a soft, tea-like body and notes of berry florals. He inherited his family’s land and replanted it with 74110 and 74158 varietals, intercropped with enset and avocado, producing a coffee defined by its clarity.
