For October, we are excited to feature Gotiti from Ethiopia, a coffee we’ve saved for our Solasta members after it launched in Stockholm with BALUE [벨류] a beautiful coffee and tea room.
Gotiti, Ethiopia (Natural)
Gotiti is a naturally processed coffee from Southern Ethiopia, produced from local heirloom cultivars, traditional Arabica varieties that have been grown in Ethiopia for generations.
Gotiti is one of Ethiopia’s best-known coffee-growing areas, recognised for both washed and naturally processed coffees.
The combination of high elevation, heirloom cultivars and careful drying gives this lot its distinctive character.
The result is a clean, expressive cup with notes of stone fruit and brown sugar.
