Steeped Coffee Bags

Our Steeped Coffee bags are the perfect solution for on-the-go coffee drinkers.

Brew your coffee in under five minutes, with no extra equipment. All you need is a steeped coffee bag, freshly boiled water, and a cup.

At the start of the year, we began testing the bags at the roastery, trying different recipes and grind sizes.

We were pleased to find a delicious recipe, offering a cup that feels close to a hand-brewed filter coffee, providing a clean and balanced cup.

La Cabana, Colombia

La Cabaña comes from the Pérez family at Alma del Huila in southern Huila, Colombia, where coffee has been part of family life for generations. Today, Gilberto Pérez works alongside his son Danilo, whose curiosity around processing and fermentation continues to shape the family’s approach.

This lot is a Caturra varietal grown in Huila’s volcanic soils and mountain landscape, where warm days and cooler elevations allow the coffee to mature steadily and develop clarity in the cup.

Cherries are selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness before resting in sealed tanks to deepen fruit character. The coffee is then dried slowly on patios and raised beds, allowing sweetness and complexity to develop over time.
